OVRLRD is an AI-powered marketing suite providing tools for ad copy generation, hook writing, email sequences, offer building, prompt management, and brand voice development. The Service operates on a freemium subscription model with optional one-time prompt pack purchases.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Billing is processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until then.

One-time prompt pack purchases are non-refundable once accessed. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days at billing@ovrlrd.io.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Create content that is illegal, defamatory, or harassing
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent our systems
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without authorization (except White-Label plan holders as specified)
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Use the Service in any way that disrupts or overburdens our infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these terms without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks on OVRLRD are the exclusive property of OVRLRD and its operators. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

Content you generate using the Service is owned by you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers (Google Gemini). You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and use of generated content.

7. White-Label Plan

White-Label subscribers may present the Service under their own brand to end clients. You may not represent the underlying technology as your own proprietary AI model. You are responsible for ensuring your white-label usage complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PRODUCE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES AND SHOULD BE REVIEWED BEFORE USE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OVRLRD AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination
